Sourced from the scenic Ipanema Estate in Southern Minas Gerais, Brazil, this high-quality green coffee reflects decades of innovation and sustainable farming. Grown between 900–1,200 meters above sea level and processed using the pulped natural method, these beans are Rainforest Alliance Certified and come from the estate’s celebrated farms: Conquista, Rio Verde, and Capoeirinha.

In the cup, you’ll find aromas of chocolate, nuts, and panela sugar, with flavours of roasted almonds, chocolate, quince, and a long, malty chocolate aftertaste. A medium acidity and velvety body make this coffee smooth yet characterful. Thanks to careful environmental practices and cutting-edge post-harvest handling, every batch is consistent, clean, and full of nuance.
