Description

Sourced from the lush mountains of Antioquia, Colombia Medellín Supremo represents the pinnacle of Colombian coffee heritage. Antioquia is Colombia’s oldest and most prolific coffee-growing region, home to over 75,000 dedicated farmers who have been cultivating these lands for generations. Their craftsmanship and passion have made Colombian coffee famous worldwide, with Supremo beans standing at the top of that tradition.

Supremo beans are the highest grade of Colombian Arabica, renowned for their larger size, consistency, and smooth character. This washed-process coffee is prized by home roasters for its reliability and versatility, producing a cup that is both approachable and complex.

In the cup: Expect aromas of sweet tobacco, chocolate cake, and soft spices. Flavours reveal layers of chocolate, stone fruit, and molasses, with a roasted almond finish. The profile is balanced with medium-high acidity and a medium coating body — a classic Colombian cup.

Perfect for medium roasts to highlight its stone fruit brightness or darker roasts to deepen the chocolatey richness, Medellín Supremo is a staple for any home roaster looking for quality, tradition, and flavour in every batch.
