Seems okay and we will be mixing with Colombia Medellin and El Salvador beans.
These beans add more sweetness to our blend of these plus Brazil Cerrado and Colombie Medalin. We add a third of each to our blend and have found this mixture perfect for our tast.
A very strong bean with good flavour that we like. We have also purchased Brazil Cerado and El Salvador Minto beans and by blending all three together in exact proportions we have a very smooth mix.
Medicinal. I ground fine and moca potted with a Bialeti. Not what I expected.
