Description

Discover the vibrant flavours of Ethiopia Sidamo Grade 2, one of the most renowned coffees from Ethiopia’s celebrated Sidamo region. Grown at high altitudes of 1,400–2,200 MASL in the fertile highlands of the Great Rift Valley, this coffee is cultivated by smallholder farmers using sustainable, organic practices that preserve both the land and the exceptional quality of the beans.

Sourced from the Sidama Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union, representing over 80,000 farmers, these beans are part of a rich tradition of coffee cultivation that contributes nearly a third of Ethiopia's total Arabica output.

In the cup: Bright and elegant, this washed coffee features a crisp acidity and medium coating body, with an aroma of caramel, lemon flower, and spices. Expect complex flavours of madeira cake and black tea, highlighted by lemongrass undertones and a long lemon black tea finish.

Perfect for specialty coffee roasters looking to highlight vibrant citrus notes, floral aromatics, and clean, refined profiles in their offerings.
