Experience the rich character of Honduras High Grown (HG) Coffee, sourced from the mountainous regions of Honduras where ideal growing conditions produce consistently balanced, high-quality coffee. Cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers at elevations of 1,050–1,200 metres, this washed Arabica coffee showcases the exceptional quality that has made Honduras one of the world's leading coffee-producing nations.
Roasted to highlight its naturally smooth profile, Honduras HG delivers inviting aromas of chocolate cake, yellow stone fruit, and malt. The cup features flavours of caramelised almonds, milk chocolate, and ripe yellow stone fruit, finishing with a lingering malt sweetness. Its low acidity and medium body create an approachable, well-rounded coffee that performs beautifully as both an espresso and a milk-based beverage.
Produced from a blend of Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuai varieties using the washed process, this coffee offers a clean, consistent cup with a cupping score of 81.75+.

High Grown (HG) means the coffee is cultivated at higher elevations in the mountains. The cooler temperatures allow the coffee cherries to ripen more slowly, developing richer flavours and greater complexity. The result is a smoother, more balanced cup with natural sweetness and a clean finish.
